ACTIVE payment methods for the merchant and environment, including REDEMPTION when that method is on. services.payments.list hides those unless you pass { includeRedemptions: true }. That flag is not a query parameter. Pass order_id to filter by the order’s store, channel, brand, and fulfillment; conditions run against the order only when at least one payment has a condition. Without order_id, pass any of fulfillment_id, store_id, channel_id, and brand_id to filter by scope only (conditions are not evaluated). Kiosks use the scope form to cache payments once per session. Secrets (private_key, webhook_signature) are stripped. Use this to show checkout options — it is not the customer’s saved cards.

Each item includesprovider, method, public config, status, conditions, and has_conditions. Each condition carries an interpretation (client, server, or both): evaluate client/both conditions locally with paymentMatchesClientConditions from @fire-spark/storefront, or re-list with order_id to have the server check them all. Place order always re-checks every condition and rejects an unavailable payment with 422.
